Most Common Questions
I am a new buyer or curious
If you’re new to sex dolls and aren’t sure where to begin, our Ultimate Sex Doll Buying Guide is a great place to start. It covers the essentials to help you make an informed decision. You can also start a chat in the lower left corner and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Production and Delivery Schedule
- Customized Dolls: Most TPE dolls take approximately 2–3 weeks to manufacture, followed by an estimated 7–15 days for delivery. Silicone dolls generally require 4–8 weeks for production, with an additional 7–15 days for delivery.
- In-Stock Dolls: In-stock items are typically dispatched within 2 business days. If an item becomes unavailable or is out of stock, we’ll notify you by email with an update on your order.
Return Policy
Due to the personal nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted once an item has been opened or used. Returns may be considered only if the doll is brand new, completely unused and remains in its original, unopened packaging. All eligible returns are subject to inspection and approval. If approved, the refund will be issued minus applicable return shipping costs and restocking fees.
